Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp finely chopped white onion
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup peanut oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the water, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion and cheese in a bowl and mix well. Add the peanut oil slowly, whisking constantly until blended. Store the dressing in a jar with a tight lid in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
