Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls - sheet or triangles
- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
- 1/2 lb. smoked ham, small cubed pieces
- 1 c. Oreida hash browns o'brien (w/ onions & peppers), thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 T. parmesan cheese

Step 1
Use a 10" x 15" greased pan.
Cook sausage and drain.
Press crescent rolls to cover the bottom of the greased pan.
Spread sausage and ham over dough, sprinkle with hash browns & cheddar cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour over the sausage, ham, hashbrown mixture.
Bake @ 375° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
