Porkettes

Ingredients

  • boneless pork roast
  • garlic buds
  • Italian seasoning (lots)
  • parsley
  • gravy master
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • water

Preparation

Step 1

Stuff slivers of garlic inside of roast, salt and pepper generously. Use lots of Italian seasoning and a bit of parsley. Mix Gravy Master with 1/2 cup water and pour around roast.

Can be oven baked in a covered roasting pan for 2 hours (or, depending on the size of the roast, until the meat is falling apart), or can be cooked in a crock pot on high for 4 hours.

Slice and serve on rolls.
