White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 minced shallots
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the vinegar, sugar, shallots, garlic, Dijon mustard and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add the oil slowly, whisking constantly until blended. Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
