Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 2 T flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 T shortening
- 2 med onions, chopped
- 2- 4oz cans chiles
- 1- 14 oz can enchilada sauce
- 1- 14 oz can tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 c water
- 2 potatoes, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Rub meat with vinegar. Pour on garlic, flour, salt and pepper. Cut into 1" strips. Brown. Reduce heat and cook 15-20 mins. Add remaining ingredients and continue cooking approx 1 hr.
