Snowball Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup pecans (optional)chopped
• 1/2-1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except icing sugar. Roll into ball and bake at 350- 10 minutes or until slightly browned. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Cool then roll in powdered sugar again
