Ingredients

2 pounds dark brown sugar
1 pound butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and spices. Pour over brown sugar. Cool.

Beat and add eggs. Beat until smooth this step with take

some time. Refrigerate.

TO SERVE: 1 heaping tablespoon batter
1 shot of rum
add boiling water.
