TOFFEE APPLE PIE CHEESECAKE

  • 1 c crushed ginger snaps
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 T butter, melted
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c sugar, 2 T sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 c apple pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 325. Mix ginger snaps & 2 T sugar. Press into 9” pie plate. Beat cc, ½ c sugar & vanilla. Add sour cream, then eggs. Stir in pie filling and toffee chips. 35 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours.
