Warm Cranberry-Pecan Brie

  • 7-10 ounce round of brie (200-300 grams)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup halved pecans, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced orange zest

Cooking time 20mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Set brie on an oven-safe dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and arrange on top of brie. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until everything is warm and cheese begins to melt. Serve with baguette slices.
