HOT FUDGE SAUCE

  • 12 oz semisweet chips, melted
  • 1/2 c cocoa powder
  • 3 T corn syrup
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place melted chocolate, cocoa and water in saucepan over low heat. Add butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Over medium heat, bring to a boil until thick (5 min) Remove from heat and add vanilla.
