  • 12 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp papper
  • 6 c milk
  • 8 lb pork sausage
  • 6 c bread crumbs
  • 4 lb ground cooked ham
  • Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs & papper. Crumble pork and ham over—mix well. Shape into loaves (makes 4). Bake 450, 45 minutes.

GLAZE:
4 c brown sugar, 6 T ground mustard, 1 ½ c white vinegar. Pour ½ over loaf. Bake 30. Pour all – Bake 10 more minutes.
