Ingredients
- 1 # green beans, cooked 5 min. or until crisp. Drain and put in ice water immediately. Drain and pat dry.
- In large skillet, brown 2 strips bacon
- When crisp put on paper towels to drain.
- Meanwhile in small bowl, combine 2 Tab. teriyaki sauce
- , 1 Tab. honey, 1 Tab. melted butter.
- Saute 1/2 cup sliced red pepprs and 1 small ionion, cut into twin wedges. Saute until tender. Add the beans, teriyaki mixture, bacon, 1/2 cup cashews and 2 tsp. lemon juice. Heat through. Makes 8 servings.

I made this and everybody liked it. Think it could use a dab of soy sauce or a little more teriyaki.
