- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons dried onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together and shape into 2-3 patties. Fry on med-high heat with a little oil until crisp.
