Katie Lee's Black Bean, Avocado and Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed, minced (if you like it spicier, use the whole jalapeño)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
