Ingredients
- Cheesecake ingredients:
- 2 8oz. cream cheese softened
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Step 1
Mix cheesecake ingredients together.
Pat crust into a 9x13 pan, bottom and half way up the sides. Pour cheese mixture into crust and Bake @ 350 for 45-55 minutes
Top with Hot Fudge, Hot Caramel and pecans to make a turtle cheesecake
