Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs very thinly slice Flank Steak
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 tsp Salt
- Oil for frying
- 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1/3 cup Water
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Mix meat with flour, one Tbsp oil and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Mix egg whites into the meat mixture. Let sit for 2 minutes.
In a large wok or frying pan, heat a quarter of a cup of oil. Fry meat in batches until crispy, about 5-8 minutes.
Sauce:
Mix cornstarch and water.
Combine everything in a pot until sauce thickens slightly.
Pour over meat.
