Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes
- Ground cinnamon, optional
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender combine espresso powder and hot water; let stand 1 minute. Add banana, milk, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice blending to desired consistency. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
