CHRISTINES LEMON BARS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c salted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c 10X sugar
  • 1 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, add flour. Press into 8x8 pan. Refrigerate until firm, prick, 30 minutes 325. Cool to room temperature.
8 oz cc 1 egg
1 ½ c 10X sugar 1 tsp lemon juice
Beat cc and sugar. Add egg & lemon. Beat until light and smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
