Ingredients
- 15-20 # Chuck Roast
- 10 beef bouillon cubes
- Garlic powder to taste
- pepperoncini (optional)
- Large Roaster

Step 1
Add 10 bouillon cubes to roast. Cover with water. Add garlic powder to taste. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 days. You can turn it down to keep warm overnight. The 1st night add juice from jar of pepperoncini's.
Next morning stem the pepperoncini's and add to beef. You may have to add more water as it cooks to keep the roast covered. Stir occasionally. As soon as the roast are cooked you start breaking them apart when you stir it.
