Ingredients
- 1 loaf French or Italian BREAD, diagonally cut into 3/4-inch slices
- 1 large clove GARLIC, peeled
- 1 jar Bertolli® ALFREDO SAUCE
- 8 oz. grilled or broiled medium SHRIMP
Preparation
Step 1
Broil *BREAD* slices until golden; rub with *GARLIC*. Evenly spoon *ALFREDO SAUCE* over *BREAD*, then top each *BREAD* slice with one *SHRIMP*. Broil to heat. Garnish, if desired, with fresh *PARSLEY*.
