Homemade French Fries

Ingredients

  • Russet potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the potatoes into fourths and then slice into fourths, soak in a large bowl of cold water for 1 hour.
Drain and dry fries.
Heat oil to 325 degrees.
fry for 4 minutes remove to paper towels increase the oil temp to 375 and fry again for another 4 minutes.
Season with kosher salt
