Vanilla CandiQuik

Preparation

Step 1

* Place unwrapped peppermint patties between Ritz crackers on a microwavable plate.

* Microwave briefly for 5-8 seconds to soften peppermint patties.

* Top with a second ritz cracker and gently press down until the peppermint patties are the same size as the crackers.

* Melt the CandiQuik according to the instructions on the package.

* Dip the peppermint patty sandwiches into the chocolate or vanilla CandiQuik and place on a silicone mat or parchment paper.

* Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
