Brie, Spinach, and Fig Preserve Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Bonne Maman Fig Preserves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and non-stick spray.

2. Cut a deep slit into each chicken breast so that you have a pocket to stuff ingredients inside of. Stuff each breast evenly with spinach, brie, and fig preserves. Close slits with toothpicks to hold shut during baking.

3. Lightly sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on top of each chicken breast and then back for 22-28 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and juices run clear. Slice before serving.
