Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 8 oz. block sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. block cream cheese, chilled

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients. Set aside.
Cut block of cheddar cheese into ¼ inch slices.
Repeat procedure with cream cheese.
Arrange cheese slices alternately in a shallow baking dish, standing slices on edges.
Pour marinade over cheese slices.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Transfer cheese slices to a serving platter and spoon marinade over top.
Serve with crackers.
