FRESH FRUIT COCKTAIL

fruit may be varied according to the season, or make a last minute combination from the shelf

Ingredients

  • red and/or green grapes
  • orange sections
  • pineapple chunks, canned or fresh
  • banana, sliced
  • strawberries, cut-up
  • pear, peeled and cubed
  • raspberrie
  • blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Use a minimum of 3 kinds of fruit for variety. Fill sherbets or fruit nappies. Spoon sauce over top

FRUIT SAUCE
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar, syrup or honey
1/2 cup orange juice

EASY FRUIT DIP
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp icing sugar
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
Combine all ingredients. A bit less lemon peel may be used. This makes a yummy dip for any fruit (makes 1 cup)
