Fried Salmon Sandwich

To be eaten with a knife and fork!

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 hard cooked egg, chopped
  • 2 finely chopped green onions
  • seafood sauce
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 egg beaten
  • milk
  • butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Drain salmon and flake. Combine in bowl with next 4 ingredients. Divide into two sandwiches. Combine egg and milk. Dip sandwiches in liquid and brown on both sides in small amount of butter in hot frying pan. Serve immediately.
