Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, green pepper, onion
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 packages au gratin potatoes
- 1 tsp seas. salt
- 4 c boiling water
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/3 c milk
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef, pepper and onion. Place in pan. Top with mushrooms. Combine potatoes, sauce mix, water, milk, butter, salt, seasoned salt & pepper. Pour over beef & mushrooms. 400, 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
