- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 Montery Jack cheese
- 4 oz green chilis
- 4 green onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/4 t pepper

Step 1
375 degrees. Mix rice, cheese, chili, green onion. Stir together sour ceram, cumin and pepper. Bake 30-40 minutes.
