Mexican Rice with Chiles and Cheese--Ole!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 Montery Jack cheese
  • 4 oz green chilis
  • 4 green onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 t cumin
  • 1/4 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

375 degrees. Mix rice, cheese, chili, green onion. Stir together sour ceram, cumin and pepper. Bake 30-40 minutes.
