Ingredients
- 1 lb chopmeat
- 1 lg onion
- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- 16 oz whole tomatoes
- 2 medium celery sticks
- 2 or 3 tsp chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 15 oz kidney beans

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion, celery, and garlic in oil for 5 min .
Drain
Add chopmeat and other ingredients
Simmer for 1 hr
Add kidney beans last - cook 15 more minutes
