Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. butter spread, diced and frozen
- 2 1/2 cups bisquick
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 1 cup buttermilk

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425
Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray
In a large bowl using a pastry blender cut butter into bisquick until fine crumbs form. Stir in cheeses and chives.
Stir in buttermilk just until flour is moistened.
Using 2 tbsp. scoop drop dough 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake 13 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
