Ingredients
- 1/2 C oat flour
- 1/4 C + 2Tbs rolled oats
- 1/4 C almond meal
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 C + 1Tbs almond milk
- 1/4 C unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs coconut oil
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 C fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large bowl combine the dry ingrdients.
2. In another bowl whisk together egg, milk, applesauce, and honey.
3. Whisk in the oil and vanilla. Then pour into dry bowl.
4. Whisk until just combined. Fold in berries.
5. Let batter sit 8 minutes.
