Ingredients

    cup flour

  • 1

    tsp. baking powder

  • ¼

    tsp. salt

  • 3

    tbsp. sweet butter

  • ½

    cup heavy cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 475. In a bowl combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. Stir in cream until a dough forms. Roll out dough on a floured surface to 1/2" thickness. Cut out 12 rounds with a 1 1/2" biscuit cutter. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly buttered baking sheet bake rounds 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden.
