Ingredients

3/4 cup shortening
1 c. sugar
4 Tablespoons Molasses
1 egg
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger

Step 1

Sift together flour,salt,soda,cinammon,nutmeg,cloves,and ginger.Mix all ingredients together.roll into small balls.Roll balls in sugar,place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for between 9-10 minutes-enjoy!
