Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced shallots
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup each balsamic and red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp each Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce
- salt, black pepper, red pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Seat shallots in oil in a saucepan over medium eat until softened, 2-3 minutes.
Whisk in tomato sauce, jam, balsamic and red wine vinegars, Dijon and Worcestershire. Simmer sauce 10 minutes, then season with salt, black pepper and pepper flakes.
