Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1-28 oz tomato sauce
- 1-28 oz diced tomatoes undrained
- 2 c cooked converted or long grain white rice
- 2 c chopped green pepper
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 2 t salt
- 1 t pepper

Step 1
In lg saucepan or dutch oven brown beef and drain, add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover ans simmer 30-40 minutes or till peppers are tender.
