Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1-28 oz tomato sauce
  • 1-28 oz diced tomatoes undrained
  • 2 c cooked converted or long grain white rice
  • 2 c chopped green pepper
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 2 t salt
  • 1 t pepper

Step 1

In lg saucepan or dutch oven brown beef and drain, add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover ans simmer 30-40 minutes or till peppers are tender.
