Tucker light bread rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups warm water
  • one egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 cups white flour
  • one package dry yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons shortening melted

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients together. Let rise once and punch down. Put in large Tupperware container to store in refrigerator. Roll into 30 balls and place in oblong pan. Bake at 350° till done . Roll into 1 inch balls place 1 inch apart.
