Sausage Brunch Casserole

  • 1- 6 oz. box seasoned croutons
  • 2 lbs. Jimmy Dean pork sausage
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

Spread croutons in a greased 9x13 pan. Brown and drain sausage. Spread sausage over the croutons and then spread the cheese over top. Beat eggs with the mustard and 2-1/2 cups milk. Pour this over all.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning mix the soup with 1/2 cup milk and spread over all.

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
