Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. whipped cream
- assorted fresh and/or canned fruit
- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 1 tbsp. water
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 1/2 pkg. cream cheese and butter, mix well. Add flour and salt mix again. Form into ball. Chill. Roll cut onto 14 inch pizza pan. Prick bottom with a fork. Bake at 425 degrees 12 to 15 minutes.
Combine remaining cream cheese, sugar and juice, mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon onto crust. Arrange fruit on top on that. Brush with combined preserves and water. Chill.
