Mexican wedding cookies

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups crushed pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar, butter, salt and vanilla. Add flour and pecans. Mix well. Bake for an hour at 275. Roll in powered sugar
