Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 cup soft bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup minced onion
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/8 cup milk
• 1/8 cup ketchup
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Add egg to meat and blend lightly with fork.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Put into small bread tin.
Bake 1 hour at 400°.
