Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter softened
- 1/2 c. pecans
- Filling:
- 1-8 oz. crème cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- Topping:
- 1 c. whipping crème (whipped and sweetened)
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 can cherry pie mix
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together and put in bottom of pan. Mix together in a 9X13 pan till crumbly. Bake in 35 degrees over 15 minutes. Stirring once or twice during baking. Reserve 1/2 crumb mix for topping. Put remaining warm crumb in 9 inch pie plate. Shape in with spoon. Chill. For topping fold crème, sugar and pie mix together and mound onto crème cheese filling. Top with remaining crumbs.
