Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 t vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crumbs and melted butter. Line 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (about 8 minutes). Let cool.
Cream together cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar. Add in eggs and 1 t vanilla. Stir until blended. Pour on to cooked crust. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Whip together sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 t vanilla. Pour over previous mixture. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
