Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oatmeal
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup unsulphured molasses
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Spray crock-pot insert with non-stick cooking spray or line with a crock-pot liner.
Add all ingredients to the slow-cooker and stir to combine well (spices will float on the top, this is normal).
Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.
Notes
Top with raisins, nuts or chopped candied ginger if desired.
