Ingredients
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 12 yolks
- 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
Step 1
2 cup scalded milk in this mix 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup margarine 1 tablespoon salt. Mix 2 packages yeast with 1/2 cup warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar. Mix 12 yolks in mixing bowl. Add scalded milk and yeast to yolk. Beat in 6 cups flour till smooth. Add 1/2 cups flour. Let rise till double. Dump on board – lined a little make roll on buns 375 degrees 25 minutes.
