Ingredients
- 2 dozen medium-size mushroom caps
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz jar Italian cooking sauce
- 1 small stick pepperoni, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Stuff into mushrooms. Bake 350, 35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
