Cauliflowers And Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. cheese cubes - Velveeta
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions. Heat chicken soup and velvetta until cheese melts.

Layer broccoli and cauliflower alternatively in greased casserole with 1 cup well buttered bread crumbs on top. Pour hot soup mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes. or until bubbly. Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
