PEPPER JELLY

Ingredients

  • 4 c chopped green pepper (8, 12, 16)
  • 1/4 c jalapeno, chopped (1/2, 1, 1 1/4)
  • 1 1/2 c apple cider vinegar (3, 4 1/2, 6)
  • 6 c sugar (12, 16, 20)
  • 6 oz Certo (6, 9, 12)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine pepper, vinegar, sugar and bring to rolling boil. Remove from heat, add Certo.

Boil lids. Put on clean jars. Almost cover with water in pressure cooker when steam comes out, cook gently 10 more minutes. Let stand 30 minutes before opening pressure cooker
