Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/2 oil/lard
• 2 eggs
• 1-1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour the mixture into a pan that has been greased with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes. Then, allow to cool.
