Delicious Meatloaf

This meatloaf recipe was given to me by my sister, Joan, when I married in 1978. I have been making it ever since. It is my family's favorite meal, hands down.

Ingredients

• MEATLOAF:
• 1 lb. hamburger
• 8 oz. tomato juice
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c. oatmeal
• 1 T. minced onion
• 1 t. salt
• 1/4 t. pepper
• SAUCE:
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 4 T. brown sugar
• 4 t. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all meatloaf ingredients and form into a loaf. Mix sauce ingredients and cover the meatloaf. Bake at 375 º F for 1 hour.
